Hey folks --
I applied for a job with a particular title and description. After some negotiations, the position gladly accepted. However, after receiving the contract, I realized that the job description and title was a little different (with the same salary, but) less wide. But I would like to work for this company, but probably have not applied for the job if I have the new description / title saw. The HR people say it's only a matter of internal procedures, but do not want the new title or description. So far I have not signed the contract and I expect until you get a response on this issue.

How do I deal with this situation diplomatically, to the view that we agree honor, and I shit my new employer, at my request?
